All donations to Friends of Man are put into the Friends of Man Fund, which is restricted in our bylaws to be used only for charitable assistance. 

No money is taken out of Friends of Man donations to pay for administrative costs and operating expenses,

which are paid by the core group of volunteers through their donations to the Institute for the New Man. 

No one in the organization receives a salary or compensation of any kind.
