Who We Help : Eligibility
If you are in need of assistance for YOURSELF,
a referring professional must contact us to apply on your behalf.
We Assist People Who Have:
- A Referring Professional to request and submit a
Friends of Man Application on their behalf - Household income of 300% or less of Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Been in a stable living environment for at least 3 months
- Are not homeless or living in institutional care
- U.S. Government-issued ID:
- Social Security number
- ITIN
- Protected status, or other U.S. government-issued document
- If none of the above, we can consider documented proof of stable residency/employment for one year
